We are now looking for a careful and responsible laboratory assistant for a company in the food industry.

About the role

In this role, you will work with mixing and handling of colors and ingredients for production. The work requires great precision and understanding of measurements, weight, and proportions, as the work is carried out according to clear recipes and instructions.

Responsibilities

The tasks include, among other things:

• Mixing and preparation of colors and ingredients
• Weighing and measuring in grams and milligrams
• Documentation and quality controls
• Handling of recipes and instructions
• Cleaning and tidiness in the work environment
• Ensuring that the work follows hygiene and quality routines

The work takes place in a hygienically classified environment with high demands on quality, structure, and precision.

We are looking for you who

• Are very careful and quality-conscious
• Have a good understanding of numbers, weight, and units of measurement
• Can work in a structured manner and follow instructions
• Have an understanding of the whole and proportions in recipes and mixtures
• Enjoy repetitive tasks where precision is important
• Are responsible and have good teamwork skills

It is an advantage if you:

• Have previous experience from laboratories, production, or the food industry
• Have worked with weighing, mixing, or recipe-driven work
• Have a background as a pastry chef or similar profession where precision and care are important
